My most important task at work was the customers’ reception. I had to make sure every client was satisfied with the buffet we had to offer and their experience within the hotel as a whole.
As I was responsible of the entire buffet management and maintenance, I was in charge of many different tasks, which included:
- Customer's reception
- The deliveries’ storage
- Setting/Tidying up the buffet
- Cleaning the Tables
- Dishwashing
- Stairs and room cleaning
- Toilets and coffee machine maintenance
- Vacuuming and mopping

The GAME BOX NICE was a place were clients could rent rooms in order to play videogames, karaoke or board games.
As an employee, I was responsible of:
- Customers’ reception
- Events setting and organisation
- Cleaning up the place before and after opening
- Making drinks for clients
- The deliveries’ storage
- Flyers giving in streets
